Final Judgement (7135/2023) of Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi regarding NFPE Service Union Recognition 

Our observations on the Ranchi High court judgement 

The court has stated that the de-recognition cannot be done without specifying any time limit.

The court has upheld the department observation of violation of RSA rules in giving donations.

For this violation it has held the responsibility on the individual and not the organisation.

So court has stated to considered the larger interest of the members of the organization.

So there is no bar in enrolling members and recovering subscription.

This judgement has given time for three months for the aggrieved to approach the court.

So either way our P3 organization is not having any bar in participating in the membership reverification process.
