Hereafter there is no need for RSA Rules for Postal. Since a case is filed about the recognition to BPEF against RSA Rules by the P3 Circle Union which is coming for hearing shortly, the department now extended the same facilities to another GDS union. Postal is Industry as per the Labour Ministry, Thatswhy we are being granted PLB. No need for RSA Rules. Let the Postal employees be covered under the Industrial Dispute Act. Let us think to file a case in the Court on this line to avert the topsy turvy orders of the Postal Department.
