Model Representation for revaluation of the Departmental Exam answer papers

Sir,

With due respect, I submit this representation for your kind consideration and necessary orders.

I appeared for the LGO examination held on ………., with Roll Number ………….. I diligently prepared for the examination and believe I performed well. Upon reviewing the departmental answer key published on the Circle Office website, I believe I have secured more than the qualifying marks with the one under the consideration zone under merits and am eligible for selection.

However, to my dismay and disappointment, the results declared did not reflect my expected performance. I have been awarded only ….. marks in the ……. paper. However, based on my thorough review with the answer keys, I believe I should have secured at least .. marks in the paper, which would have made me eligible for selection in the LGO examination.

I respectfully draw your attention to the Department of Posts OM No. A-34018/10/2010-DE dated 2.8.2010, which stipulates that grievances regarding the evaluation of answer papers should be examined by the competent authority. The order further states that if a candidate's claim appears genuine, revaluation may be conducted by an independent examiner, followed by necessary action. This decision is based on various judicial pronouncements from the Apex Court and High Courts.

I feel aggrieved and believe I have been unfairly deprived of my rightful chance in the LGO examination. I firmly believe my case is genuine and warrants further investigation.

Under these circumstances, I have no other recourse but to approach you with this earnest request for justice. Please kindly consider my request favourably and initiate the necessary action for the revaluation of my answer sheet. A fair re-evaluation will demonstrate my eligibility for selection.

I shall be eternally grateful for your kind attention and favourable consideration of this matter.
