Grant of TPTA at double the rate to employees with disabilities ??

• Disability should not be less than 40% as per Rule 2(r) of Right to disability act 2016. 

 

• Head of the Department’s permission is not needed 

 

• Employees availinig double TPTA should have valid certificate of disability

 

• Employees have to apply to administrative authority of the department on the basis of certificate of disability issued by certified medical authority.

 

• Employee who had given disability certificate at the time of appointment are eligible from the date of appointment itself
