Clarification on the continuation of Postal Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Existing Postal Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) remain valid until new manuals are implemented, as per Section 16(2) of the Post Office Act, 2023. 

• Heads of Circle/Regions are requested to communicate this information to all under their jurisdiction.
