 Details of training courses completed on both iGOT Karmayogi portal & Dak Karmayogi portal should be recorded in the Target & Achievements column of APAR

 Officials should attach the course completion certificates iGOT Karmayogi portal & Dak Karmayogi portals along with self appraisal.

 Training courses completed by the employee on the iGOT Karmayogi Portal and the Dak Karmayogi Portal should be taken into account while assessing the  performance.
