97. Is there any restriction on drawal of HRA by husband & wife when both of them are Govt. Servant?
No restriction should be imposed on the only ground that husband/wife is also a Govt. Servant and is living together in the hired/owned accommodation. In such cases the normal amount of HRA may be granted to them.

98. Whether the Inspection quarters / rooms can be occupied by the officer posted for a long period?
Inspection Quarters for a period exceeding 7 days in the Headquarters of their posting will not be entitled to claim HRA for the entire period of their stay.

99. Is there any separate pool of accommodation for the Lady officers?
A separate pool of accommodation is maintained for lady officers. The allotment between married lady officers and single lady officers (including widow with or without children) will be in the ratio of 2:1

100. Is there any service condition for apply of staff quarters? What is the minimum service required for allotment of staff quarters?
Employees may submit their applications online/ manually through their offices within a month of joining duty. In the rules it is specified that every employee is entitled for Govt accommodation. But no application shall be entertained within 6 months of the date of superannuation.
