Based on the same the recruitment rules are being revised. The same may be applied to revised Level Pay  ie Level 1 Rs. 1800 GP. Level 2 Rs.1900 GP Level 3 Rs.2000GP Level 4 Rs. 2400 GP. Level 5 Rs. 2800 GP.  Level 6 Rs. 4200. Level 7 Rs.4600. Level 8 Rs.4800

112. What are all the instances which become necessary to convene ‘Review DPC’?
(i)    Where eligible persons were omitted to be considered.
(ii)   Where ineligible persons were considered by mistake.
(iii)  Where the seniority of a person is revised with retrospective effect resulting in a variance of the seniority list placed before the DPC;
(iv)   Where some procedure irregularity was committed by DPC;
(v)    Where adverse remarks of serious nature were communicated as directed by the DPC.
Where adverse remarks in the APARs of an officer were toned down or expunged after the DPC had
considered his case.

113. Whether the DPC can be delayed for the reason that Recruitment Rules are under revision etc.
 
No. Convening of DPC should not be delayed for the reasons that Recruitment Rules are under revision etc. The Rules in force on the date of vacancy have to followed. DPC meeting should not also be heldup till the occurrence of vacancy.
