Instruction regarding CEPT MIS portal non accessibility

Good Afternoon Sir/Madam,

This is regarding non accessibility of CEPT MIS portal for Finacle user ID operations. This issue had been escalated to concerned teams and they are working on it. Expected time of restoration is yet to be received. However it is intimated that CPCs can effect ROLE/SOL change, addition/deletion based on mail from concerned divisions till such time portal is restored.


Kindly maintain history of user changes done in an excel sheet with following details.

Employee ID | User ID | From Role ID / SOL ID | To Role ID / SOL ID | Inventory/Multi role | Effective Date


(Please Note: The said excel sheet shall be sent finally, after MIS Portal is Up, to <eod.cbscept@indiapost.gov.in> so that EOD team will update the changes in Portal DB as one time updation.

For changing the role to PM, requests can be shared over mail to EOD CBS Team <eod.cbscept@indiapost.gov.in> for processing the requests and this also need to maintained in the same excel sheet and be shared after MIS Portal is Up.


CPCs to strictly ensure that requests are entertained only based on mail from division and necessary details are updated in excel sheet shared for updation in UID portal.
