Subject: Implementation of Hon'ble CAT orders in OA No. 962/2021 filed by Shri P. Stanley & Ors-reg.

Sir/Ma'am,

 

I am directed to refer to Tamilnadu Circle's letter No. STA/29-OA 962/2021 dated 28.10.2024 and 18.11.2024 on the above-mentioned subject.

 

2.         It is informed that earlier vide letter of even number dated 11.06.2020, Directorate had given the approval for implementation of Hon'ble CAT, Chennai Bench order dated 28.10.2014 in OA No. 1253/2012 filed by Shri D. Murugesan and 31 others and order dated 04.08.2015 in OA No. 408/2014 filed by Shri R. Ravichandran and 77. For the implementation of CAT orders, Circle was required to calculate the period worked by the applicants as RTP personnel till their appointment/absorption as PA/SA and to pay the similar pay to the applicants which were being received by the regular PA/SA at that time for the said RTP period.

 

3.         If now any discrepancy in period and amount calculated earlier has come into notice, circle is requested to inform this to Hon'ble Tribunal through government council under intimation of this office. Circle is requested to take necessary action accordingly.
