Sir/Madam,
In connection with the "*Business Process Re-engineering* " activity for POSB which is on-going, there is an urgent requirement to collect responses for survey forms from the following stakeholders:
1. POSB customers
2. Non-Customers
3. DoP Management (AD/SP and above)
4. DoP Staff (up to ASP)
All the survey questions have been brought under a single Google Form which will provide links to relevant surveys based on primary inputs.

All divisions to please ensure *50 responses* per division are obtained [for customer, non customer and DoP Staff(employee of Indiapost) surveys] by 1300Hrs of 12.12.2024.
Further, concerned officers belonging to SP/AD cadre and above are requested to fill in the survey questions under " DoP management - Officer of India Post" survey.
