Subject: - Clarification regarding membership verification forms of applicant associations.
Sir,
I am directed to refer to Gujarat Circle's letter no. UNION/2-5/2023 dated 14.10.2024 and letter no. UNION/BGDKS/2024-25 dated 07.11.2024 on the subject mentioned above and to convey the following clarification:
a. Membership verifications forms in respect of National Union of Postal Administrative Offices Gr. C and MTS, an unrecognized association but an applicant association shall be accepted by the Circle, as there is nothing mentioned regarding to submit prior notice of CWC or conference in the instruction issued vide communication no. SR-17/5/2022-SR dated 22.07.2024 and 30.07.2024. As such, question of prior notice may not arise.
b. Membership verification forms in respect of Bharatiya Gramin Dak Karamchari Sangh shall also be accepted by the Circle, as the said association is an applicant association of last verification.
c. Further, membership subscription of applicant association shall be deducted through concerned DDOS.
2. Therefore, Circle is requested to take necessary action accordingly.
