75. If an official working in the unclassified area is deputed for training in X or Y cities, what will be HRA drawn to him?

For employees not drawing Daily Allowance – HRA is allowed at the headquarters rate or at the rates of the training station whichever is advantageous to the employees.

For employees drawing daily allowance- HRA is allowed at the headquarters rates even for the period over 180 days.

76. Whether HRA will be drawn during the suspension period?

HRA will be drawn at the rate it was drawn before suspension.

77. What is the HRA entitlement during the temporary transfer period?

For 90 days – HRA is allowed at the rates of old headquarters as he would have drawn there.

After 90 days – HRA will be drawn with reference to the new headquarters.
