SSA claim closure procedure is different from other schemes. 

1. Claim closure application
 All Schemes Other than SSA : No separate account closure form is required, claim form (form11)  will be treated as account closure voucher. 
For SSA claim closure:  In the event of death of the account holder, the account shall be closed immediately on application in Account Closure Form SB-7B 

2. In case of the death of a minor:
All Schemes Other than SSA
If there is no nomination in force : Amount shall be paid to the Guardian after obtaining death certificate of Minor 
If the nomination is in force: Amount shall be paid to the nominee after obtaining death certificate of 

Minor 
For SSA account
Amount shall be paid to the Guardian after obtaining death certificate of Minor and Account Closure Form. For both nomination registered or no nomination category
