- Officials working as Marketing Executive & System Managers should be rotated every 2/3 years. It is pertinent to mention that in para 5.1 (iii) of sensitive posts Directorate order dated 08.03.2018 it is clearly stated that “officials” working as ME/System Manager are considered to be sensitive and not the post of Marketing Executive & System Manager. To illustrate if an official is working as system manager, he/she cannot be transferred and posted as system manager in another office on completion of tenure as system manager. He should be compulsorily relieved from the post of system manager.
