Delete Browsing History & Cache Clearing Procedure in Internet Explorer - Finacle

Step 1 : Internet Explorer - Tools – Delete Browsing History 

Untick Preserve Favorites Website data

Tick all other Check boxes

Click on Delete button

Now Close Internet Explorer



Step 2


Press Windows Key + R in the keyboard

Type %temp% Click on OK

Select all files (Ctrl + A) and delete

If some error comes, tick the check box and click on Skip

Close the window after deletion.


Step 3

Press Windows Key + R in the keyboard

Type temp

Click on OK

Select all files (Ctrl + A) and delete

If some error comes, tick the check box and click on Skip

Close the window after deletion.



Step 4

Open Internet Explorer and go to Finacle login screen. Tools – Compatibility View Settings

Indiapost.gov.in will be there in the text box. Click on Add button. Then close
Finacle Page will be reloaded. Now login and work

Step 5

Clear java temp files-

Press window +r

Type cmd enter

Open cmd

Then type

del  /s  *.js

Enter

 

Finacle Page will be reloaded. Now login and work
