Format for changing official details in India Post eMail

        Everyone knows that the India Post e-mail has been moved to the NIC server for official details maintenance and storage, keeping the @indiapost.gov.in suffix in place. Additionally, any technical questions or updates should be sent to NIC via email in the format provided so that access, updates, modifications, and deletions can be made quickly and easily. The template needs to be ready with the following header in the format specified. 

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Mobile
4. Date of Birth
5. Date of Retirement
6. Designation
7. Department
8. State
9. Region
10. Division
11. Employee ID
12. Mail ID

Department	State	Region	Division	Employee ID	Mail ID

The template may be prepared in a single line Excel with the above header and send to the Nodal Office India Post for effecting changes.
