DoE file Note obtained through RTI on 7th CPC Pay structure switch over option

Dear Colleagues,

      Clarification was sought by the Postal Directorate from Department of Expenditure regarding 7th CPC pay structure switch over option as on date of promotion or MACP pay upgradation for those officials got Rs.4200 Grade Pay through promotion or through MACP II during the period from 26.7.2016 to 12.12.2018.

      In this regard, DoE issued the following OM clarification to the Postal Directorate and the same was obtained through RTI by the General Secretary, Bharatiya Postal RMS, Administrative Supervisors Association and uploaded herewith. It is pertinent to mention here that still Department of Expenditure has not clarified 7th CPC switch over option as on date of any other subsequent increment.
