Postal Directorate clarification on HSG I cadre promotion to Accountant qualified HSG II Accounts cadre officials

Postal Directorate clarified that there is no recruitment rules or approved post of HSG I A/Cs in Post offices. Besides that Postal Directorate clarified that question of promotion to HSG I A/c in PO in line of HSG I General Line does not arise
