Finacle new patch deployed in respect to MPKBY Agent Portal ID creation : w.e.f 28/11/2023

 

MPKBY Agent ID Creation Automated in Finacle w.e.f 28/11/2023

As part of automation of MPKBY Agent portal new creation, CPCs are requested not to share request for new creation separately through mail. New MPKBY agents created in Finacle will be created during EOD in Agent Portal by our team. New agents may be guided to use Forgot Password next day and get password reset on their own. This process is aimed to avoid delay and complaints on OTP for password reset. 

No need to send to CPC(CBS) new MPKBY IDs created in Finacle from 28.11.2023 onwards. Post EOD, cept will automatically create such IDs entered in Finacle in dop agent portal. Afterwards MPKBY agent can use forgot password option to create new password.
